SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ASSET MANAGEMENT - WEST REGION
As head of Asset Management for CCP’s West Region, Todd Hartman oversees the development of asset management strategies as well as property operations, including leasing, property management, capital planning, construction and execution of repositioning initiatives. In this capacity, Todd also leverages his asset management expertise to support investment pursuits.
Prior to joining CCP, Todd served as Chief Operating Officer at Broe Real Estate Group, a unit of a Denver based private equity firm with investments in office, medical office, residential and industrial properties spanning twelve markets. As COO, Todd established new operating parameters and coordinated the disposition of a 35 building medical office portfolio.
Earlier, as Vice President of Asset Management, he led the Chicago office of Broadway Partners, a New York based private equity firm where he was responsible for the asset management of a more than six-million-square-foot portfolio in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston and Chicago. In this capacity he also oversaw the asset management team in Boston, New York and Washington, DC and was responsible for developing national asset management guidelines and processes for the entire 20 million square foot Broadway Partners portfolio.
Prior to joining Broadway, Todd served as Vice President, National Operations for Trizec Properties, Inc., where he led the effort to develop a national operating and leasing platform, which culminated in the publication of an industry leading interactive online operating manual, The Trizec Way. He began his career in property management and leasing for Compass Management and Leasing, and Hines Interests.
Todd holds a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
