Prior to joining Trizec, Steve served as Executive Vice President for Miglin-Beitler Management Company, where he was responsible for fee management and leasing activity for a portfolio of properties in excess of 20 million square feet, dispersed across four Midwest states.
Steve has more than 23 years of experience in property management, leasing, portfolio management and asset management. He has successfully asset managed more than 16 million square feet of properties for Trizec, including the Sears Tower, 45 diverse office properties, and three telecommunication/ data centers. These properties, located in nine different markets, include diverse retail, hotel, entertainment, and parking facilities. Steve also played an instrumental role in developing Trizec’s national operating platform and portfolio management processes. His accomplishments at Trizec include developing Trizec’s post-911 life safety and security response for the national portfolio and redeveloping the broadcast facilities atop Sears Tower.
Mr. Budorick began his career at the American Hospital Association, and then worked at LaSalle Partners in a variety of real estate management, redevelopment, and leasing assignments in Chicago and Denver.
Mr. Budorick received a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Chicago at Urbana Champaign, and a Masters of Business Administration in finance from Chicago.
