From mid-2004 until January 2007, when he joined Callahan Capital Partners, Mr. Satterwhite worked with Macquarie U.S. Office Trust, a large, publicly-traded Australian property trust, initially as an independent advisor to the Trust through Iron Bridge Capital, a private real estate venture formed by Mr. Satterwhite in 2004, and subsequently as Head of North America for Macquarie Bank’s Office Investment Group. While working with Macquarie, Mr. Satterwhite helped the Trust form and execute its U.S. investment strategy and grow its office investment base from $200 million to over $3.0 billion, including its November 2004 acquisition of a $1.0 billion competitor and the January 2006 formation of its $1.1 billion joint venture with Maguire Properties Trust. Under Iron Bridge Capital, Mr. Satterwhite was also involved in advisory assignments for Equity Office Properties Trust and high net worth investors.

Prior to Iron Bridge, Mr. Satterwhite was Senior Vice President of Investments for Equity Office Properties Trust for approximately seven years, where he helped to build and lead a team responsible for setting and implementing EOP’s investment strategy and originating, structuring and closing over $4 billion of real estate transactions. He also was a key participant in two of EOP’s large public company mergers and was a member of EOP’s Executive Operating Committee.

Prior to joining EOP, Mr. Satterwhite spent seven years with Citicorp in its Real Estate Finance and Investment Banking Groups.
