LOBBY - The expansive one-story lobby was refurbished in 1996. Its professional contemporary appearance includes a beautiful semi-circular polished granite security desk and a computerized building directory.

VIEWS - Dominion Towers offers tenants spectacular views of the mountains as well as 17th Street corridors.

SECURITY - 24-hour, 7 day/week coverage is provided. A guard is stationed at the lobby security desk.

PARKING - 275 spaces are conveniently located in a three-level garage directly under the building. In addition 26 spaces are available on a surface lot on the west side of Dominion Towers.

ELEVATORS - 13 passenger elevators and 3 freight elevators serve Dominion Towers.
